Tasks:
- Design and build three simulated carrier deck landing sites and helicopter landing pads
- Survey, sawcut and demo existing pavements and lighting systems
- Install new conduit, cable, light base cans, fixtures and constant current regulators
- Replace concrete and asphalt pavement, pavement striping
- Replace electrical control equipment and panel boards in electric vault
