Quality general construction includes coordination and supervision of the work at construction sites from early development to final product. NEI specializes in Department of Defense construction projects. Accurate bidding is critical and is accomplished by studying the building plans and specifications while addressing material, labor and safety considerations with ‘in house’ professional estimators. Hiring and coordinating quality subcontractors is key to NEI’s proven success. Continued communication with subcontractors motivates the team and assures delivery of an exceptional product within schedule and budget.
